Porsche Panamera

A 4-door vehicle that embodies the Porsche philosophy of unparalleled performance. Introduced in 2009, Porsche's Panamera sedan has been pushing boundaries since day one. Today, the Panamera tradition of excellence continues, and is stronger than ever. This luxury 4-door sedan doesn't sacrifice a thing when it comes to performance. The base rear-wheel-drive Panamera uses a turbocharged 3.0-liter V6 engine that makes 330 horsepower and 331 lb-ft of torque. It's hooked up to Porsche's eight-speed PDK transmission that is used throughout the Panamera lineup. This powertrain lets the sport sedan get to 60 miles per hour in 5.4 seconds and return an EPA* estimated 21 miles per gallon city, 28 highway and 24 combined. The Panamera 4 uses the same 3.0-liter engine, but comes standard with all-wheel drive and are 0.2 seconds faster to 60 mph. Learn more about the Porsche Panamera below. Exterior Design:

The body shape and proportions of the new Panamera models are as Porsche as ever. Clearly perceived rounded transitions, powerful muscles and a sharped sports car silhouette emphasize the precision of the new design. The wheelbase is 1.2 in. longer than that of its predecessor - the shorter overhang at the front and the longer overhang at the rear lend visual dynamism. The more prominent sculpting of the side creates the customary Porsche waistline and sense of lightness. On all Panamera models you will find the light strip on the rear end, and the slimline three-dimensional LED taillights with four-spot brake lights.

Interior Design:

The interior on the new Panamera has been completely restyled, yet still remains completely Porsche. The center console ascends towards the front, the dashboard is flat and conspicuously wide, and the analog rev counter is positioned in the middle of the instrument cluster. Also new is the control concept: Porsche Advanced Cockpit. The center console with Direct Touch Control has a glass-like surface with touch-sensitive buttons for direct access to the most important functions. Integrated into the dashboard is a high-resolution 12-inch touchscreen display. Also equipped is a touchscreen display in the rear, allowing rear passengers to customize their environment. Perhaps most importantly, what separates Porsche's Panamera from other sports cars is the abundance of space and comfort.
