One of the most popular Porsche 911 models is the Porsche 911 Carrera. The Carrera comes in three model variants: Porsche 911 Carrera 4, Porsche 911 Carrera S, and the Porsche 911 Carrera 4S. The "4" within the Porsche model represents the four driven wheels in all-wheel drive models. While the "S" stands for sport, which signifies enhanced performance. Specifically with the 911, sport means an increased engine output, a sporty chassis design, and larger brakes & wheels. Lastly, this means that the 4S is a combination of all-wheel drive in addition to the increased performance of the sport.
